Ryan P. McClay, RPA
President
For the past six years, Tribus operated under Forstone Management. During this time, Mr. McClay focused on developing key trade contractor and client relationships. With the expansion of the construction division, he decided to open a new business. Mr. McClay oversees all of Tribus’ construction activity to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. His experience is vital to the success of Tribus and the satisfaction of our clients.
Tomasz Florczyk
Superintendent
Tomasz Florczyk is an experienced and results-oriented construction professional responsible for overseeing multiple commercial projects from inception to completion including site management, coordination of subcontractors, meeting project milestones and ensuring exceptional workmanship. Prior to joining Tribus in April 2017, Mr. Florczyk worked as a Site Supervisor for various high end residential construction companies in Greater Fairfield County for 15 years.
Tiago Marega
Superintendent
Tiago Marega joined Tribus in 2008. He is responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance crew and requests. Mr. Marega also facilitates gathering bids for various repairs needed for equipment. Prior to joining Tribus, Mr. Marega owned and operated Bathrooms and Kitchens Deluxe for 8 years.
Dillon Mitchell
Project Manager
Dillon Mitchell is responsible for coordinating and administering tenant improvement and capital projects. He has worked for James S. Mitchell & Sons in NYC for three years as their Assistant Project Manager. He managed multi-million dollar construction projects in the medical, education and religious fields where he reviewed architectural drawings, tracked project progress against approved budgets and managed project finances, among other construction related responsibilities.
Dillon graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government with a minor in Public Policy. He also studied Construction Estimating at NYU School of Professional Studies.
